About Startup Visa Program.
An independent guide for founders, investors and families comparing where to build a company and a life.
32 destinations. Four stages.
What this guide covers
Startup Visa Program brings together the founder visas, residence permits, permanent residence routes and citizenship rules of 32 destinations. Every destination follows the same four stages, so the routes can be compared like for like: the startup visa first, then temporary residence, permanent residence and citizenship, including residence-by-investment and citizenship-by-investment programs where they exist.
How the information is kept accurate
Every country page is based on official government sources, which are linked at the foot of the page, and shows the month it was last reviewed. Programs that have closed, paused or changed are marked as such rather than removed, so you can see what applies today and what applied before.
Immigration rules change often and individual circumstances matter. The guide explains how programs work; it is not legal advice and does not replace the official authority or a licensed adviser.
Independence
Startup Visa Program is not a government website and is not affiliated with any government, immigration authority or endorsing organization. Government fees are paid only to the relevant authority, and no third party can guarantee the outcome of an application.
